Abstract
Clients residing on a Minimum Secure Forensic mental health unit at Regional Mental Health Care – St. Thomas partnered with co-investigating staff in the creation of a photographic essay. The black and white photographs selected by the client co-investigators describe the interior and exterior lived environmental space. The images also address issues such as spirituality, ritual, companionship, frustration and stigma.
