1. Six Chinese-language commentators gave the app four or five stars, compared to two English-language commentators; five Chinese-language commentators gave the app one star, compared to four English-language commentators. Many users rate the app but do not leave comments. Data drawn from China SCIO iPad app page in iTunes store, accessed 14 May 2011. Of course, we have no way to know whether the comments are all those of random users or in some cases posted by so-called 50 cent party members.
