This article refers to:
RETRACTED ARTICLE: Study on the influence of Mg and catalytic activity of SAPO-34 on biodiesel production from rambutan seed oil

We, the Editors and Publisher of Biofuels, have retracted the following article:

Bashir Abubakar Abdulkadir, Anita Ramli, Jun Wei Lim & Yoshimitsu Uemura (2019) Study on the influence of Mg and catalytic activity of SAPO-34 on biodiesel production from rambutan seed oil, Biofuels.

DOI: 10.1080/17597269.2019.1583715

The article was submitted by the first author, Bashir Abubakar Abdulkadir, without consultation with the second author, Anita Ramli. Dr. Ramli was made aware of the submission only after final revisions were made, during which the first author added her name and email address to the authorship list without asking her permission. She also expressed caution that the data may have been altered from the original results. The authors’ institution was consulted, and it was determined that the paper should be retracted due to authorship misconduct by the first author.

We have been informed in our decision-making by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retractions. The authors have been informed of the retraction.

The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
