ABSTRACT
School-based practitioners are at risk of burnout given the complexity of the practice environment and the demands of the workload. This article reviews the concepts of burnout and resilience and applies them to school-based practice. It considers a tiered public health perspective for exploring strategies to foster resilience and manage burnout in school-based practice.
