Robert H. Lustig

Robert H. Lustig, MD, MSL, is a professor of pediatrics in the division of endocrinology at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine and the director of the Weight Assessment for Teen and Child Health (WATCH) program at UCSF. He is also affiliated faculty at the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies at UCSF.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Dr. Lustig has never accepted money from the food industry and has no disclosures with respect to this article. However, he has authored three popular books as a public health service. He is also the president of the nonprofit Institute for Responsible Nutrition.
