Paul Anand
Paul Anand obtained a doctorate from Oxford University in economics philosophy and psychology and has worked on the capability approach for over two decades. During that time he has developed some of the first direct measures of multi-dimensional capabilities and collaborated with UNDP, the World Bank and charities to better understand wellbeing using this framework. Currently, he is interested in remote working and the implications for wellbeing.
