Bill Sisk
Bill Sisk is a PhD candidate at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at SUNY Albany. His dissertation explores the evolution of gun rights discourses in America. His work concerns the role of emotions and identity in policy discourses, how they change, and how changes shape different political strategies and policies. When he is not teaching or researching, he is tweeting out the latest releases for CPS.
