Dear Readers,

I am pleased to introduce this special issue of the Journal of Sustainability finance and Investment (https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/tsfi20/current) on behalf of the Board of Editors and my co-editors. The journal publishes four issues each year. The Journal is now abstracted and indexed in the Chartered Association of Business Schools Academic Journal Guide (2018 edition) and Scopus as well as by several academic forums. The average number of downloads each article is growing, with 122K annual downloads/views. Concerns Citation metrics which stands to be 2.4 (2020) CiteScore, Q1 (2020) CiteScore Best Quartile,0.934 (2020) SNIP,0.445 (2020) SJR. All of these are encouraging indicators. Thanks to the Board Members’ unwavering support and the intellectual generosity of the readers and contributors (authors and reviewers).

One of the goals of this special issue is to encourage the publication of research from many fields to broaden the scope of the debate on financial markets, investment management, Sustainable banking, micro-finance, project financing, and philanthropy all have environmental, developmental, social, and governance principles. Readers may see how far we've come in this direction by looking at the current research this journal is catering which is growing in popularity. This is a crucial portion of this journal. We'd want to use this occasion to express our gratitude to the authors and publishers that sent us their work.

The aim of the journal is to come up with scholarly articles that focus on current business practices in area of Sustainable finance and Investment from around the globe and become a common platform for sharing international best practices by bringing together academicians, corporate practitioners, and research scholars from across all continents to provide an in-depth insight into global business.

Their constant guidance, encouragement and motivation have helped create a high quality review process which in turn has enhanced the quality of this special issue.
