Following publication of this article, an error has been identified in page 117. The statement “A positive TST in a contact of a known infectious TB patient is defined as ≥5 mm in HCP with a previous TST result of 0 mm or an increase of ≥10 mm in HCP with a previous TST result between 0 mm and 10 mm. In immunocompromised HCP, a TST ≥5 mm on baseline or follow-up testing is considered positive” should be corrected to: “A positive TST in a contact of a known infectious TB patient is defined as 5 mm or more on baseline or follow up testing”.
