Notes on contributors
Jerry Harris is a founding member and national secretary of the Global Studies Association of North America and a founding member and on the international executive committee of the Network for the Critical Studies of Global Capitalism. He specializes in transnational capitalist class theory and political economy. He is author of The Dialectics of Globalization: Economic and Political Conflict in a Transnational World (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2008).
Marek Hrubec is Director of the Centre of Global Studies and also of the Department of Moral and Political Philosophy in the Institute of Philosophy at the Czech Academy of Sciences. He has published on social and political justice, global conflicts, intercultural dialogue, development and the global poor. His main book is From Misrecognition to Justice: A Critical Theory of Global Society and Politics (2011). The last book (with N. de Oliveira, E. Sobottka, and G. Saavedra) is Justice and Recognition (2015).
