In accordance with Taylor & Francis policy and ICMJE policy regarding Conflicts of Interest, I, Kenneth Hartigan-Go, am reporting that I was one of the undersecretaries of health at the time the Dengvaxia immunization program was initiated in April 2016; I left the Philippine Department of Health (DOH) in June of the same year.
