The HPV section presents research articles on the effect of delayed vaccine dosing on antibody avidity (Brady, p 1802), vaccine attitudes among Japanese doctors (Nagase, p 1808) and U.S. primary-care workers and parents (Dang, p 1814), vaccine-promoting campaign on Facebook in Brazil (Pereira da Veiga, p 1824), and a commentary on the equity and ethics of adolescent vaccination (Sundaram, p 1835).

Six articles on Licensed Vaccines include a review on the multifold use of the BCG vaccine (Yamazaki-Nakashimada, p 1841), an assessment of varicella vaccine in an outbreak setting and impact on breakthrough varicella (Qin, p 1851), a novel assay for quantification of glycoprotein in rabies vaccines (Gairola, p 1857), analysis of potency of Sabin inactivated poliovirus vaccine after freezing (Cai, p 1866), a Phase 4 study of adverse events following MMRV vaccine in Italy (Stefanizzi, p 1875), and a commentary on improving childhood vaccination rates (Clark, p 1884).

The Immunotherapy segment features a commentary on targeting the β-adrenergic signaling pathway for improved cancer immunotherapy (Inderberg, p 1888) and a report on Treg regulation via a tryptophan metabolite in asthma immunotherapy (Hu, p 1891).

Three Public Health articles include a commentary on the broadest benefits and implications of routine vaccination (Nandi, p 1900), a survey of childhood vaccine preferences among Chinese parents (Huang, p 1905), and a pilot study of a mobile app for monitoring stock of vaccines in primary healthcare facilities in South Africa (Iwu, p 1911).

Three research articles on Pneumococcal vaccines investigate the impact of PCV on carriage in HIV-positive children (Khan, p 1918), indirect costs of disease in Turkish adults (Sevilla, p 1923), and cost-effectiveness of sequential and single-dose vaccinations of adults in Hong Kong (Shami, p 1937).

The Meningococcal section comprises an assessment of serogroup B disease burden in Brazil (Chicuto, p 1945) and a Letter to the Editor reporting a case of a Syrian refugee with meningococcal empyema (Akyol, p 1951).

Two studies on Rotavirus look at a possible link between vaccine and food allergy (Karakaş, p 1952), and preclinical characterization of a trivalent subunit vaccine (Lakatos, p 1957).

Finally we are happy to present a review of vaccine Acceptance among pregnant women (Rosso, p 1969), a commentary on ethical decision-making in biopharmaceutical Development (Poplazarova, p 1981), a Technology article on TLR7 agonist as influenza vaccine adjuvant (Kaushik, p 1989), and a clinical study on IgM-based Passive Vaccination approach as adjuvant treatment for serious infectious disease in pediatric intensive care unit (Abdullayev, p 1997).
