Article title: Determination and pharmacokinetic study of isothiouronium-modified pyrimidine-substituted curcumin analog (1 G), a novel antitumor agent, in rat plasma by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry

Authors: Sun J., Wang J., Ma L., Jiang T., Li X., Guo Q., Li X. and Sui Z.

Journal: Artificial Cells, Nanomedicine, and Biotechnology

Bibliometrics: Volume 47, Number 01, pages 1505–1512

DOI: https://doi.org/10.1080/21691401.2019.1602537

Since publication, the authors were alerted to the need to include some further details to the Materials and Methods section and the Results and Discussion section. The list of corrections are as follows:

Page 1508: In the section “Linearity”, “The limit of quantification (LOQ)” was changed to “The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ)”.

Page 1510: In the section “Method validation” under the sub heading “Specificity” a new sentence has been added just after the statement - The representative MRM chromatograms of a blank rat plasma (Figure 4(A)), a blank rat plasma spiked with 1 G and IS (Figure 4(B)) and a plasma sample obtained 10 min after intravenous administration of 1 G and IS (Figure 4(C)) are shown in Figure 3.

The newly added sentence is:

“The peak at 3.59 min which was well separated from the test compounds should be an endogenous substance in the plasma.”

Page 1510: In the section “Linearity”, “LOQ” has been changed to “LLOQ” at two occurances.

Page 1510: In the section “Linearity”, a new sentence has been added at the end of the paragraph. The new sentence is:

“And the signal to noise ratio of 1 G at LLOQ was >10.”
