Abstract
Moringa oleifera is commonly known for its medicinal and nutritional values throughout the world. The medicinal properties of Moringa seed, leaf and other parts of the plant are also well known in traditional system of medicine. During the last few decades there has been an increasing interest in the study of medicinal plants and their traditional use in different parts of India. The present review is a short up-to-date of the chemistry, nutritional value, pharmacology on Moringa oleifera.
