Abstract
This paper studies stochastic competition system with harvest which is subject to Lévy jumps. Firstly, it is obtained that the system has a unique global positive solution with any positive initial value. Then stochastic extinction of population is established due to Lévy jumps under a simple condition. Sufficient condition for persistence has been derived around positive equilibrium of the population. Finally, some numerical simulations are also introduced to illustrate the main results.

Yunzhou Zhang received the B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from National University of Defense Technology, China, in 1997 and 2000 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Mode Identification and Artificial Intelligence from Northeastern University, China, in 2009. He is an professor of College of Information Science and Engineering and Faculty of Robot Science and Engineering, Northeastern University of China.
