Brandon Kirk Williams
Dr. Brandon Kirk Williams is a senior fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Brandon’s research examines the intersection of emerging technologies, innovation, and national security policy. He was a 2022–2023 Wilson Center China Initiative non-resident fellow for a project titled ‘The Innovation Race: US-China Science and Technology Competition and the Quantum Revolution.’ He earned a Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Berkeley, in May 2020.
