Jessica McClearn

Jessica McClearn is a Ph.D. researcher in Information Security where she brings social and technical perspectives of security into conversation through research which focuses upon the needs, practices and experiences of diverse and at-risk populations globally. Jessica applies ethnographic and qualitative methods to explore practices surrounding access, security and privacy for women, social leaders, conflict victims, refugees and other populations in societies such as Colombia, Lebanon, and Northern Ireland.
