Desmond Bell
Desmond Bell is Research Fellow at the National College of Art and Design, in Dublin where he was previously Head of Research. He has held chairs in film and media studies at a number of British and Irish universities combining his academic research with his practice as a documentary film maker. He is the author of ‘Research in the Creative and Media Arts: Challenging Practice’ (2019).
