ABSTRACT
This review summarises the various methods of analytical determinations of freshwater and marine toxins. It encompasses the plethora of techniques including HPLC, RIA, CE-MS, ELISA, bioassay and immunosensors. The review intends to compare the detection limits, methods used and working ranges. In addition it touches upon the limitations associated with some of these techniques.
