Abstract

The method for determination of isomer Δ9 of tetrahydrocannabinol in Cannabis sativa L. var indica has been developed. It is based on HPLC separation of isomers, Δ9 and Δ8, with resolution factor Rs=1.00. The method validation involved specificity and precision. Based on analysis of the raw material – marihuana, the variation coefficient RSD was found to be 2.09%.
