Abstract
1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloroaluminate (III) room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) were synthesized, and basic nitrides' removal from FCC diesel was studied by the method of complex extraction. The experiment results showed that the best operational conditions of the technology were that molar ratio of AlCl3 to BmimCl (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride) was 3, weight ratio of RTIL to diesel was 0.03, reaction time was 3 min, and reaction temperature was 50°C under nitrogen protection. The content of basic nitrides went down from 68.6 μg/g to 0.7 μg/g under the conditions and other properties of FCC diesel were improved at the same time. RTILs could be used for several times as extract agent.
