L'efficacité de la psychanalyse dans une étude de cas basée sur une méthodologie à perspectives multiples
L'auteur de cet article présente une étude de cas afin d’évaluer l'efficacité de la psychanalyse et la persistance de ces bienfaits vingt ans après chez une jeune femme en proie à ‘une grave dépression, une inhibition professionnelle et des difficultés dans le choix d'un compagnon en raison d'un mandat transgénérationnel (). Ce travail de recherche a été réalisé à partir d'entretiens psychanalytiques avec le patient et l'analyste, entretiens qui ont été évalués par des experts analystes et non‐analystes selon une méthodologie inspirée de celle déjà utilisée en Allemagne par Leuzinger‐Bohleber et al., (2003). Effektivität der psychoanalyse in einer fallstudie mit einer multiperspektivischen methode. konflikt bei der partnerwahl infolge eines transgenerationellen mandats
Der Autor stellt einen Behandlungsfall vor, um die Effektivität der Psychoanalyse und ihre nach 20 Jahren gemessene Langzeitwirkung am Beispiel einer jungen Frau zu untersuchen, die unter einer schweren Depression und beruflichen Hemmungen litt; infolge eines transgenerationellen Mandats () hatte sie zudem Schwierigkeiten bei der Partnerwahl. Die Untersuchung erfolgte durch psychoanalytische Interviews mit der Patientin und dem Analytiker, die mit Hilfe einer Methode, die in Deutschland bereits von Leuzinger‐Bohleber et al. (2003) getestet wurde, von psychoanalytischen und nicht‐psychoanalytischen Ratern ausgewertet wurden. Die psychoanalytische Behandlung begann Anfang der 1980er Jahre in Monterrey, Mexiko. L'articolo presenta un case study in cui vengono valutate l'efficacia della psicoanalisi e la persistenza a distanza di 20 anni dei benefici da essa apportati in una giovane donna gravemente depressa, inibita in ambito professionale e con difficoltà nella scelta del partner dovute a un mandato di tipo transgenerazionale (). La ricerca è stata realizzata facendo valutare una serie di colloqui psicoanalitici tra la paziente e l'analista da giudici sia psicoanalisti sia non analisti, seguendo una metodologia derivate da quella già testata in Germania da Leuzinger‐Bohleber et al., (2003). Il trattamento psicoanalitico ha avuto inizio nei primi Anni ‘80 a Monterrey, in Messico. La conclusione dello studio è che la psicoanalisi si è rivelata efficace tanto rispetto ai disturbi di tipo caratteriale quanto rispetto alla scelta del partner da parte della paziente, e che il successo del trattamento sia dovuto principalmente all'alleanza terapeutica, all'analisi del transfert e del carattere, e inoltre all'accresciuta capacità di mentalizzazione risultante dall'interpretazione del .

Se presenta un estudio de caso para evaluar la eficacia del psicoanálisis y la persistencia de sus beneficios 20 años más tarde en una mujer joven con depresión severa, inhibición profesional y dificultades en la selección de pareja debido a mandato transgeneracional (, por sus siglas en inglés). La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante entrevistas psicoanalíticas con la paciente y el analista, quienes fueron evaluados por jurados psicoanalíticos y no psicoanalíticos, siguiendo una metodología derivada de aquella ya puesta a prueba por Leuzinger‐Bohleber et al. (2003), en Alemania. El tratamiento psicoanalítico comenzó a principios de los años 80 en Monterrey, México. El estudio concluye que el psicoanálisis fue eficaz en relación al trastorno del carácter y la selección de pareja de la paciente debido, sobre todo, a la alianza terapéutica, al análisis de la transferencia y del carácter, como también al incremento de capacidad de mentalización como resultado de la interpretación del .
