ABSTRACT:
The aim of this article is to provide an introduction to the administration of injectable medications. As veterinary nurses, one of our major roles in patient care is administering medicines under the veterinary surgeon's direction. For medications to have the desired effect, we need to make sure that they reach the site that they need to act on and are given in the correct concentration via the correct route.
