Veterinary nurse, Scott Parry, has had an interesting and challenging career, culminating in the receipt of two separate awards at the BSAVA Congress 2013. In this article he outlines his pathway to success and emphasises the importance of adopting a professional approach, combined with a passion for customer service and the welfare of animals.
