ProtamineA-enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) and ProtamineB-eGFP are removed normally in sesame mutants as shown below, and results are as shown previously for Mst77F-eGFP; thus, should appear as shown below. The additional experiments concerning Mst77F-eGFP in the male pronucleus in sesame mutants confirmed our previous results; a better picture is shown in panel K. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by our error in identification of the male pronucleus in sesame mutant embryos.
