Page 2256, Fig. 3H: We acknowledge that the panel appears to have duplicated bands (lanes 1 and 2 and lanes 3 and 4 of the Akt row) and spliced lanes. These were likely due to unintentional errors in the transferring of the raw Western blot data from the film to digital files when data were combined to produce the panel. Due to the age of the paper, the original data and electronic files are no longer available to further assess the source of possible errors. These errors do not impact the overall conclusions of this paper.
