Abstract
The PTD-type asymptotics derived in [1] are analyzed. It is noted that these asymptotic expressions do not satisfy the reciprocity principle. Analytical verification for the precision of these asymptotics is absent in [1]. It is also shown that the data presented in Fig. 8 of [1] for the Ufimtsev asymptotic theory [5] are the results of incorrect numerical calculations in [1].
