Abstract
An interconnect structure called S-G-S (Signal-Ground-Signal) interconnects is analyzed and a method is presented to optimum design of it. The approach is based on the analysis of the structure in the frequency domain to obtain its performance factors for all values of its physical parameters. The approach is being evaluated using an example.
