Abstract
The study of a new composition of high permittivity dielectric material and its effects at microwave frequencies with different shapes is proposed. In the search for new types of dielectric materials that achieve high permittivity and low loss, a new type of dielectric material with various geometrical shapes has been constantly developed, characterized and implemented into working electrical microwave model with the help of microwave simulation software. After fabrication, the performance and characteristics of the material will be studied along with its RF application on different structures.
