Resumen

En este artículo se revisan algunos principios clave del pensamiento histórico-cultural para reconceptualizar la discapacidad como anterior a la capacidad y como paradigma y modelo interno del sistema funcional. Desde ahí se propone una reivindicación epistemológica y educativa de los modelos de dependencia en el aprendizaje, la evaluació n y la organizació n social de la actividad en en general. El artículo efectúa una convergencia entre los modelos de diagnóstico de la OMS en discapacidad (CIDDM: Clasificación Internacional de Deficiencias y Minusvalías) y los supuestos evolutivo-educativo sociogenéticos.

Abstract

In this article some of the key principles of historical-cultural thought are reviewed in order to re-conceptualize disability as prioir to advantage ans as the functional system's paradigm and internal model. From that point, an epistemological and educational claim is set forth of the dependency models in learning, assessment and social organization of activity in general. The article brings about a convergence between the WHO diagnosis models on disabilities (CIDDM: International Classification of Defficiencies and Handicaps) and the evolutive-educational sociogenetic assumptions.
