Valentina Caldari
Valentina Caldari is completing a doctorate at the University of Kent, which investigates the failure of negotiations for an Anglo-Spanish match between Charles, Prince of Wales, and the Spanish Infanta in the period 1617–24. She is the co-editor (with Dr Sara Wolfson) of the forthcoming collection of essays, Diplomacy and Marriage: Early Stuart Dynastic Politics in their European Context, 1604–1630 (Boydell and Brewer).
