The original version included the following errors:

: maxilla data omitted from the interval ‘−1 to −3′ of the upper section (Males).

: mandible data omitted from the interval ‘23 to <24′ of the upper section (Males).

Maney Publishing and the Editors also apologise for this error, which has been rectified in the electronic version of the Journal.
