Abstract
Best Doctors' Founder, Dr Kenneth Falchuk, and Vice-Chairman, Evan Falchuk, contend misdiagnosis has become a global health crisis, despite medicine's “latest and greatest” technological advances. The authors explore five reasons why the wrong diagnoses and wrong treatments still occur so often today, and how their clinical teams' unique, patient-centric approach is helping to overcome misdiagnoses by ensuring people get the right diagnosis and the proper treatment – regardless of their condition, age, or where they live.

Kenneth H Falchuk
Kenneth H. Falchuk, MD, Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Best Doctors, Inc.
Dr. Falchuk co-founded Best Doctors in 1989 and served as Chair of the Board of Directors since its inception, until 2012 when he became Chairman Emeritus. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Falchuk was Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and was an active member of the Department of Medicine at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. He was also on the affiliate teaching staff of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Evan Falchuk
Evan Falchuk, Vice-Chairman, Best Doctors, Inc.
Evan Falchuk leads Best Doctors' public strategy and outreach. He joined Best Doctors in 1999 and has held various positions at the global health company, including General Counsel, President and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining Best Doctors, Evan was an attorney in the SEC enforcement practice of Washington DC's Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. Evan's health care and business perspective have been featured by many news outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes, Investor's Business Daily, The Washington Times, The Boston Globe, and the nationally syndicated Health Talk Radio Network.
