The authors have been made aware of a minor typographical error in Table 1, specifically part of the plasma creatinine value was cut off.
It should read: Plasma creatinine (mg/dL) 1.0 ± 0.4, rather than ±0.4.
This typographical error did not affect any other table or figure, or study results or conclusions.
