Devising Relevant and Topical Undergraduate Laboratory Projects: The Core Article Approach

Abstract

This article describes an approach to devising realistic laboratory projects to enhance research training for undergraduates. An appropriate core article serves as the basis for each project, which involves full or partial replication of a n experiment fron the core article. Advantages and limitations of the method are discussed.
