Abstract

This nine year follow-up study examines assumptions, observations and trends originally described in an article on utilization patterns among the faculty and staff of an urban university EAP. These new findings suggest some remarkably stable characteristics along with some interesting changes. Both the similarities in utilization patterns over the nine years as well as the new and emerging trends found in the recent research lead to recommendations for target marketing, programming and areas to explore in future research.
