Following the publication of the Review by Simon Lo, Achilles Fakiris, Bin Teh, Higinia Cardenes, Mark Henderson, Jeffrey Forquer, Lech Papiez, Ronald McGarry, Jian Wang, Kaile Li, Nina Mayr and Robert Timmerman, ‘Stereotactic body radiation therapy for oligometastases’, published in the May 2009 issue of Expert Review of Anticancer Therapy (Expert Rev. Anticancer Ther. 9[5], 621–635 [2009]), it has been brought to our attention that a figure was incorrectly printed on page 631 as:

Figure 1. C1 vertebral metastasis from breast cancer treated with stereotactic body radiation therapy.

The prescribed dose was 30 Gy (6 Gy × 5) at the isocenter; the maximum spinal cord dose was limited to 9 Gy in five fractions; with a shift of 2 mm (as represented by the 2-mm expansion of the spinal cord contour), the maximum point dose to the spinal cord is increased to 18 Gy in five fractions.

A: Anterior; L: Left; P: Posterior; PTV: Planning treatment volume; R: Right.
