The authors have advised that in Table 4 on page 3588, they incorrectly listed the number of patients who suffered with Hypothyroidism (Grade 2). The listed number of patients in the Grade 2 section for Hypothyroidism should be “1” instead of “2”.

Also, on page 3588 in Table 4, the text “<bold>2</bold>” should instead just read “2”.
