On page 5047, the grant funding, namely the sentences “MB, JP, AB, VJ and LB received grants from the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (grant No. 17-0244S). JP received a grant from the Grant Agency of Charles University in Prague (grant No. 756218). AZ and LV received funding from the project ‘Fighting Infectious Diseases’, awarded by the MEYS CR, financed from EFRR (grant No. CZ.02.1.01/0.0/0.0/16_019/0000787). MB received a postdoctoral fellowship awarded by the Czech Academy of Sciences (reg. No. L200111752)” are included in the Disclosure section, and not in the Acknowledgement, as in the original version of the manuscript.

Moreover, they are followed by the sentence “The authors report no other conflicts of interest in this work”, which suggests that the grant funding is a conflict of interest. However, the mentioned sentences on the grant funding are not any declaration of conflict of interest, but it is an acknowledgement for grant agencies for providing us with grants.

In addition, the number of the grant provided by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic is mistyped. The right grant number is 17-02448S.

Therefore, the sections should read as follows:
