Following publication of the Research Article by Ratheesh Raman, Viswakalyan Kotapalli, Mohana Vamsy, Sujit C Patnaik, Mukta Srinivasulu & Murali D Bashyam titled ‘A positive family history of cancer or lifestyle factors may not explain the high incidence of early-onset colorectal cancer in India’, published in the October 2014 issue of Colorectal Cancer (Colorect. Cancer 3[5], 409–416 [2014]), it has been brought to our attention that the following affiliation for Ratheesh Raman was not listed in the article:
