The Plain Language Summary of Publication by Alon Y Avidan & Clete A Kushida, ‘Is the sodium in sodium oxybate a risk for heart health? A plain language summary of publication’, which appeared in the May 2022 issue of Future Cardiology 18(5), 359–365 (2022), was published citing the ‘European Society of Cardiology’ which is incorrect, and needs to be replaced with ‘International Expert Opinion’ on page 2 of the original PLSP.
