Incorrect doses were stated in the original article and the new doses have been checked over by one of the original reviewers, and have now been corrected as follows:
On page 2 of the original article, in case 1, three instances of ‘4 g’ should be revised to ‘400 mg’.
In case 2, one instance of ‘0.4 g’ has been revised to ‘400 mg’.
