The Psycholinguistic Analysis of Speech in Patients with Dynamic Aphasia

Abstract

In the clinical treatment of brain lesions, a special form of aphasia is encountered in which expanded discursive speech is seriously disturbed while the sensory and motor components of speech remain relatively intact. This form of aphasia, which results from a lesion of the anterior sections of the speech zone, is called dynamic aphasia.
