Two Features Occasionally Associated with Intravenous Drug Users

Abstract

In a population of drug dependent persons who administered their drugs intravenously, two features were occasionally noted. In three cases what has been termed autohaemofetishism was seen and in three cases injection masochism. These two features are considered to be brought about on the basis of classical conditioning.
