The results of this paper were presented at the Iranian Congress of Neurosurgery (Kermanshah, November 2012) and an abstract of this article was later published in the November issue of Journal of Injury and Violence Research as a supplementary (J Inj Violence Res. 2012 Nov;4 (3 Suppl 1). pii: Paper No. 48).
