Parkinson' Disease and Neuropsychological Assessment

Abstract

Neurological aspects of Parkinson' disease including symptomology, etiology, and chermotherapy are briefly reviewed. Recent developments in each area are also presented. Clinical considerations relevant to neuropsychological testing with the Parkinson' disease patient are discussed in terms of confounds that may hinder the accuracy of test result interpretation.
