Abstract

Two urinary ‘Bence Jones proteins’ from a macroglobulinaemic patient differed from each other in physicochemical and immunological aspects. The smaller protein was a stable lambda dimer, the larger one probably contained 2 lambda chains and a minor part of the μ-chain.
