There was an error in the title of one of the Obstetric Case Reports in the Volume 31, Number 2 issue of the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, pp. 185–186.

Pseudoaneurysm of the vaginal pelvic artery as a cause of postpartum haemorrhage

Should have been titled:

Pseudoaneurysm of the vaginal artery as a cause of postpartum haemorrhage

Please note that the world “pelvic” should not have been included in the title.
