Abstract

Paretic ocular bobbing consists of a quick downward movement of one eye and in-torsion or no movement in the other eye. A pontine lesion coexistent with an oculomotor nerve or trochlear nerve lesion is hypothesized. The authors report two cases in which autopsy showed a pontine lesion and a unilateral fascicular third nerve lesion.
