Minimally Invasive Surgery: Endoscopic Removal of a Bullet from the Orbital Apex

Abstract

I present an endoscopic approach to removal of a bullet from the orbital apex in an attempted suicide, emphasising the importance of fast, minimally invasive surgery, performing endoscopy through the bullet entrance hole, to prevent major complications and to ensure a speedy recovery.
